PR's helped me with a new key fob for my Mercedes. I was able to avoid having my car towed to Stockton to the dealership and they had no mark up on the cost of the key fob. Their staff was very friendly and made everything so easy! Even sent a guy to my home for the test to be sure my key worked so I didn't have to tow it to their location... that was on a Friday evening!! I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with and how they handled my situation! I called a couple other places before them and no one else was able to help! Huge shout out to PR's for saving me time and money and providing superior service!! I will definitely be using them for all of my car care needs!
