I worked With Ben and Linda to get work done on my New Beetle. Ben went above and beyond to explain the problems and the repairs needed. Since my car had been through 4 teen drivers, it was pretty beat up inside and out. Ben let me decide if it was worth fixing with no pressure and no B.S. Linda was a great communicator. Her emails and phone calls were pleasant and timely. Ultimately I had the repairs made and PR's went above and beyond again when they took the car in for the smog it needed to be tagged. They saved me time and I really appreciated it. PR's Autohaus was recommended to me by a Stockton auto shop that was less confident in their ability to properly diagnose the root of the problem. I am so glad they referred me.
