We have been customers of PR's since 1986. They have serviced all of our cars for over 30 years and have done a great job. They make it so easy to have service done with their pick up and delivery service.

Took my Porsche to PR's Autohaus after talking to their mechanic on servicing my car to get it ready for a 400 mile trip to Oregon. The service was thorough and the staff was very friendly.

There is just no other place I would ever take my Mercedes for service. They've been doing the service & repair for our family for 20 years. Incredible customer service, fairest prices(way better than the dealer), attention to every detail, fully explain & simplify every repair, the work is precise & dependable, and they have the highest levels of honesty, integrity, & pleasantness. That sums it up!!!!

These guys are top notch. Ben is really helpful and takes the time to answer any question that I have and addressed all of the concerns that I brought up. I don't know what others are talking about in their reviews, but not once was my bill ran up for no reason, nor were they defensive when I asked questions. Their prices are in line with what other European specialty shops charge, and I will not hesitate going back.

I have used PR's Autohaus for service on my 1999 Porsche 911, my daughter's Honda Prelude, my son's Nissan 350Z, my wife's Lexus RX 330 and more recently for my 2000 BMW M5. The shop is clean and organized, and the staff is very talented. They were very thorough in their service and with explanation of the work performed. My cars run beautifully! I can recommend this shop with the utmost confidence in terms of the skill set and experience of the mechanics, timeliness of repairs done, and the extra mile that they go to make sure that the clientele is satisfied.
