I completely trust Ben and Lori with both of my BMW's. They are so very nice and do a great job repairing and maintaining my cars.

Professional and reasonable cost

We currently moved into the Lodi area and my wife noticed that a malfunction warning light was indicating that Auxiliary battery should be replaced. I called and spoke with Lori and she mentioned if we could bring the Mercedes in so that they could diagnose and repair. We were surprised how fast they repaired our Mercedes. We highly recommend using them. Very friendly and professional!! Excellent service

We had our VW's 80,000 mile service done with OEM parts to manufacturer specifications. PR's excellent service beats the heck out of the inconvenience of traveling out of town only to pay way more at the dealership!

I was having a problem with my 2010 Mini Cooper leaving a puddle under the car on the driver side. I brought to Autohaus and talked to Ben. We agreed that it might be the slave cylinder and they would take a look at it and let me know. I got a call back that afternoon and it was not he slave cylinder but the down pipe on the water pump was leaking. I authorized the repair and I picked the car up a few days later and drove it home. A few days later I noticed a puddle again, now on the passenger side of the car. I called Autohaus and they said to bring it in and they would take a look and see if what did was the problem. Well I wasn't able to get it back for about two months, but I did get it there the other day. I brought it in of a Monday and on Saturday I got a call that me car was done and that there was NO CHARGE. This was so because he part they put in earlier was defective and leaking. Now my Mini is leak free and fine. I admire and trust these people for being honest and taking care of this issue and as a result of their honesty I will be bringing my other vehicles to them for any work that needs to be done. They are trustworthy, honest, friendly and funny. I would recommend them for any work that needs to be done.
